Service Description
Return to your body is designed as the beginning of the journey, not just a powerful 1-day experience. It's an opening into deeper awareness and reconnection. You'll be guided through foundational elements of the somatic sequence, including the Unconscious clutch and true core reconnection, to gently restore the deeper connection between your body and your being. The follow-up integration sessions are there to help support embodiment afterwards, allowing the insight and shifts from the day to land more deeply within the body over time. Includes: Light refreshments on Day 1 (Saturday), Local tea, sharing circle, breath work/meditation, x4 reformer immersions.

Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation & Refund Policy Thank you for enrolling in our course. To ensure fairness to all participants and allow adequate planning, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all course bookings. Participant Cancellations More than 20 days before the course start date * Full refund less a 5% administration and processing fee. 7–20 days before the course start date: * 50% refund of the course fee. Less than 7 days before the course start date: * No refunds will be issued. Transfer of Registration If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person, provided Pilates Cook Islands is notified in writing at least 24 hours before the course begins. Missed Sessions No refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or partial refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Medical Circumstances In cases of serious illness or injury that prevent participation, a credit may be considered at the discretion of Pilates Cook Islands. Supporting medical documentation may be required. Course Cancellation by Pilates Cook Islands Pilates Cook Islands reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, participants will be offered: * A transfer to the next available course; * A studio credit; or * A full refund, less 5% processing fee. Non-Transferable Credits Course fees, credits, and enrollments are non-transferable between different courses unless approved by management. Agreement By registering for a course, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
