Service Description
New to Reformer Pilates? This is the perfect place to start. Our Beginner Reformer class is designed to gently introduce you to the equipment, the movements, and the foundations of Pilates in a supportive and encouraging environment. You’ll learn how to set up the reformer, understand spring resistance, and move with control, breath, and confidence. Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, enhances flexibility, and supports core stability. We work at a pace that allows you to truly understand what you’re doing (and why). No experience is needed. Just come as you are. We’ll guide you every step of the way. You don’t need to be strong or flexible to begin, you just need to begin.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy Single Class Booking: Cancellation Window: 6AM, 7AM, and 8:30AM class must be cancelled 12hours before. All PM classes, must be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled class time to receive a class credit. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class will not be eligible for a credit. No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows. Class Packages: Cancellation Window: Individual classes within a package must be cancelled at least 12Hr or 3 hours(please see details above) in advance to retain the class credit. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Classes not cancelled within this window or missed without cancellation will be deducted from the package without a credit. Membership Cancellation Policy Monthly Memberships: Cancellation Window: Memberships must be cancelled prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Partial Month Refunds: No refunds will be given for partial months. Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
