Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Private Group Bookings We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring fairness and smooth operations. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking. 1. Deposit Refunds • Full Refund (less 5% fee): Cancellations made more than 7 days (1 week) prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% processing fee. • 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 2 days prior to the scheduled class will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. • No Refund: Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund of the deposit. 2. Final Payment • The full remaining balance is due no later than 1 day before the scheduled class. • Bookings are considered unconfirmed until full payment is received. 3. No-Shows, Late Cancellations & Participant Changes • No Refunds will be provided for: • No-shows (failure to attend without notice). • Late cancellations made on the day of the class. • Changes in participant numbers after payment has been made. 4. Policy Agreement By placing a booking and paying the deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
