Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation Policy Single Class Booking: Cancellation Window: Class must be cancelled 12hours before. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will not be eligible for a credit. No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows. Class Packages: Cancellation Window: Individual classes within a package must be cancelled at least 12Hr or 3 hours(please see details above) in advance to retain the class credit. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Classes not cancelled within this window or missed without cancellation will be deducted from the package without a credit. Membership Cancellation Policy Monthly Memberships: Cancellation Window: Memberships must be cancelled prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Partial Month Refunds: No refunds will be given for partial months. Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. All refunds incur a 5% processing fee.
